DELIVERY
 
How much do you charge for delivery? 
$19.95 standard shipping.

When will I receive my order?
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email, shortly thereafter we will send you a tracking number so you can follow the movements of your order. Depending on your location, orders usually take 3-5 business days.


Do you delivery internationally?
We ship worldwide.
Can I change the delivery address after I have placed my order?
If we are contacted ASAP, we can most definitely change and edit your order details.


How do I track my order?
After an order is placed, we will email you with a tracking number and a link so you can follow your order.

What is the return policy?
We want every customer to be happy with their purchase, if for some reason your product does not work for you, we will happily offer a credit note or an exchange. 
However, we do not offer refunds unless your item is faulty. 


How do I return my order?
If you need to send back your order you can do so by contacting us at sales@theshoeroom.com.au or call us on 03 51743233, we will assist you in returning your order.


Can I exchange my order if my shoes/clothing does not fit?
Absolutely, we want your product to be perfect!
However, we do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items


What if my item is faulty? 
If your item is faulty you are most definitely welcome to send your product back for a replacement, exchange or a refund.
